In exercise of the powers conferred by section 15-A of the Chhattisgarh Value Added Tax Act, 2005 (No. 2 of 2005), the State Government hereby rescinds the notification No. F-10-25/2011/CT/V (25) dated 31-03-2011, with effect from 1st April, 2011.
