(1) In these rules, unless the context otherwise requires:-

[xv] "Treasury" means a treasury or sub-treasury of the Government or any branch of the Jammu and Kashmir Bank Ltd., or any Scheduled/Nationalized bank as may be notified by the Government from time to time;
