In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 4 of the Jammu and Kashmir General Sales Tax Act, 1962, the Government hereby direct that the entry appearing at S. No. 3 of Schedule "A" to notification SRO 117 dated 30.03.2007 shall be deleted.
