In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 37A of the Orissa Entry Tax Act, 1999 (Orissa Act 11 of 1999), the State Government hereby make the following amendments to the Schedule to the said Act and direct that the said amendments shall come into force on 1st Day of April, 2011, namely :-

AMENDMENTS

In the Schedule to the said Act,

(a) in PART I, -

items "18", "51", "52", "60", "61", "66", "81", and "105" shall be omitted; and

(b) in PART II, -

items "15" shall be omitted.
