In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (5) of section 4 of the Rajasthan Value Added Tax Act, 2003 (Act No. 4 of 2003), the State Government being of the opinion that it is expedient in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following amendments in Schedule I appended to the said Act, with immediate effect, namely:-

AMENDMENTS

In Schedule IV appended to the Act,-

(i) the existing serial number 122,and entries thereto shall be deemed to have been deleted with effect from 09-03-2011.

(ii) in column number 2 against serial number 154, for the existing expression "Cookies but excluding " the expression "cookies" shall be substituted, with immediate effect.

(iii) in column number 2 against serial number 186, for the existing expression "Flour mills with motor capacity exceeding 2 HP " the expression "Flour mill of motor capacity exceeding 2 HP and its components excluding motor" shall be substituted, with immediate effect.
