In exercise of powers conferred by Sub-Section (3) of section 21 of the Rajasthan Valued Added Tax Act 2003 (Act No. 4 of 2003), I, Niranjan Arya, Commissioner, Commercial Taxes, Rajasthan, being of the opinion that it is expedient in the public interest so to do, hereby extend the date of submission of third quarterly return (i.e. for the period ending on December 31, 2010) for the year 2010-11, to be submitted by a dealer under sub-rule (1) of rule 19 of the Rajasthan Value added Tax Rule, 2006, upto February 14, 2011.
