In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 57 of the Madhya Pradesh Vat Act, 2002 (No. 20 of 2002) , the State Government hereby makes the following amendment in this department's notification No. F.A.-3-195-2005-1-V(20) dated 31st March, 2006 namely-

In the said Notification, in the Schedule, serial number 7 and entries relating thereto shall be omitted.

This Amendment shall come into force from 1st February, 2011.
