In exercise of the powers conferred by section 78 read with clause (2) of section 2 of the Andhra Pradesh Value Added Tax Act, 2005 (Act 5 of 2005), the Governor of Andhra Pradesh hereby makes the following amendment to the Andhra Pradesh Value Added Tax Rules, 2005 issued in G.O.Ms.No.394, Revenue (CT.II) Department, dated 31.3.2005 as subsequently amended in G.O.Ms.No.1292, Revenue (CT.II) Department, dt.14.10.2010.

2. The amendment hereby made shall be deemed to have come into force with effect from the 3rd March, 2009.

AMENDMENT

In the said rules, in the Table under sub-rule (7) of rule 24, in column (3) for the heading "Tax Payable" the heading "Tax Payable Per Print" shall be substituted.
