Body NOTIFICATION No. F 12(111) FD/ Tax/ 2009- pt-115, Dated 6^th January, 2011.

In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (8) of section 2 of the Rajasthan Value Added Tax Act, 2003 (Act No. 4 of 2003), the State Government being of the opinion that it is expedient in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following amendment in the Department Notification No. f. 12 (52) FD/Tax/09 pt-113 Dated 31.12.2010, namely:-

AMENDMENT

In the said notification, the existing serial number 13 and entries thereto shall be deleted.
