In exercise to the powers conferred by sub-section (5) of section 4 of the Rajasthan Value Added Tax Act, 2003 (Act No. 4 of 2003), the State Government being of the opinion that it is expedient in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following amendment in schedule IV appended to the said Act, with immediate effect, namely :-

In schedule IV appended to the said Act-

1. the existing serial number 68 and entries thereto, shall be substituted by the following namely :-

2. After the existing serial number 68, so substituted and before serial number 69, the following new serial number and entries thereto shall be inserted namely :-
