Body NOTIFICATION No. F12(111) FD/Tax/09-42., Dated 22nd July, 2010

In exercise to the powers conferred by sub-section (5) of section 4 of the Rajasthan Value Added Tax Act, 2003 (Act No. 4 of 2003), the State Government being of the opinion that it is expedient in public interest so to do, hereby makes the following amendment in schedule IV appended to the said Act, with immediate effect, namely :-

AMENDMENT

In schedule IV appended to the said Act, after the existing serial number 76, and entries thereto shall be substituted by the following, namely :-

"76

Khoya/khoa, shrikhand, paneer, cheese, butter and cream skimmed from milk.
