In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of sub-section (2) of Section 1 of the Andhra Pradesh Value Added Tax (Amendment) Act, 2010 (Act No.9 of 2010), the Government of Andhra Pradesh hereby appoint the 26th April, 2010, as the date from which section 3 of the said Act shall come into force.
