In exercise of powers conferred under subsection (2) of section (14) of the Bihar Value Added Tax Act, 2005 (Act 27/2005) the Governor of Bihar is pleased to make the following amendments in Schedule-III and Schedule-I appended to the said Act:-

AMENDMENTS

(1) Serial No.- 124 of schedule-III with its corresponding entry shall be deleted upto 31st December 2010.

(2) Serial No.- 57 of schedule-I with its corresponding entry shall be substituted as follows:

"57 Sugar manufactured or made in India, misri, batasa and sugar imported from outside India upto 31st December 2010"

(3) This notification shall come into force from the date of issue.
