In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of entry 81 of Schedule 'C' appended to the Maharashtra Value Added Tax Act, 2002 (Mah. IX of 2005), the Government of Maharashtra, hereby amends with effect from 1st April 2010, the Government Notification, Finance Department No.VAT-1505/CR-118/Taxation-1, dated the 1st June 2005, as follows :--

In the Schedule to the said notification,,-

(1) in entry 11, the words and Solapuri Chaddars, shall be deleted

(2) in entry 13, the words and Towels but,shall be deleted

In the Government notification, Finance Department, No. VAT. 1509/CR. 156 A/ Taxation -1, dated the 30th March, 2010, published in the Maharashtra Government Gazette, Extraordinary, Part IV-B, Number-62, dated the 30th March, 2010, on page 7, -
