Read: Government Notification No. 4/5//2005-Fin(R&C)(44) dated 7-12-2007 published in the Official Gazette, Extraordinary No. 3, Series II No. 36 dated 10-12-2007.

In pursuance of entry (54) of Schedule 'B' appended to the Goa Value Added Tax Act, 2005 (Goa Act 9 of 2005), read with section 21 of the General Clauses Act, 1897 (Act 10 of 1897), the Government of Goa hereby amends the Government Notification No. 4/5/2005-Fin (R&C) (44) dated 7-12-2007 published in the Official Gazette, Extraordinary No. 3, Series II No. 36 dated 10-12-2007 (hereinafter referred to as the "said Notification" as follows, namely:-

In the Annexure to the said Notification,

(A)(i) against serial number (55), in column 2, for the figures " 8517 50 10" the figures "8517 62 10" shall be substituted;

(ii) against serial number (56), in column 2, for the figures "8517 50 20" the figures "8517 62 20" shall be substituted;

(iii) against serial number (57), in column 2, for the figures "8517 50 30" the figures " 8517 62 30" shall be substituted;

(iv) against serial number (58), in column 2, for the figures "8517 50 40" the figures "8517 62 40" shall be substituted;

(v) against serial number (59), in column 2, for the figures "8517 50 50" the figures "8517 62 50" shall be substituted;

(vi) against serial number (60), in column 2, for the figures "8517 50 60" the figures "8517 62 60" shall be substituted;

(vii) against serial number (61), in column 2, for the figures "8517 50 70" the figures "8517 62 70" shall be substituted;

(viii) against serial number (62), in column 2, for the figures "8517 50 91" the figures "8517 69 10" shall be substituted;

(ix) against serial number (63), in column 2, for the figures "8517 50 92" the figures "8517 69 20" shall be substituted;

(x) against serial number (64), in column 2, for the figures "8517 50 93" the figures "8517 69 30" shall be substituted;

(xi) against serial number (65), in column 2, for the figures "8517 50 94" the figures "8517 69 40" shall be substituted;

(xii) against serial number (66), in column 2, for the figures " 8517 80 10" the figures "8517 69 70" shall be substituted;

(xiii) against serial number (67), in column 2, for the figures "8517 80 20" the figures "8517 69 50" shall be substituted;

(xiv) against serial number (68), in column 2, for the figures "8517 80 30" the figures " 8517 69 60" shall be substituted;

(xv) against serial number (70), in column 2, for the figures "8517 90 10" the figures "8517 70 10" shall be substituted;

(xvi) against serial number (73), in column 2, for the figures " 8519 99 40" the figures "8519 89 40" shall be substituted;

(xvii) against serial number (92), in column 2, for the figures "8525 20 17" the figures "8517 12 10" shall be substituted;

(B) after the existing entry at serial number (119), the following entries shall be inserted, namely:-

"(120) 8443 31 00 Machines which perform two or more of the functions of printing, copying or facsimile transmission, capable of connecting to an automatic data machine or to a network.

(121) 8443 99 52 Parts and Accessories of goods of sub-heading 8443 31, 8443 32: --- Ink spray Nozzle

(122) 8443 99 59 Parts and Accessories (other than covers, carrying cases and the like) suitable for use solely or principally with goods of sub- -heading 8443 31, 8443 32: --- Other

(123) 8529 10 00 Aerials and aerial reflectors of all kinds and parts suitable for use therewith.

(124) 8542 70 00 Electronic Circuit Boards and Micro-assemblies."

This Notification shall come into force from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
