In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of Section 21 of the Rajasthan Value Added Tax Act, 2003, (Act No.4 of 2003), I, B.N. Sharma, Commissioner, Commercial Taxes, Rajasthan, being of the opinion that it is expedient in the public interest so to do hereby extend the date of submission of the quarterly return from October 30, 2009 to November 30, 2009, for the quarter ending on September 30 2009, required to be furnished by the class of registered dealers as notified under sub rule (7) of rule 19 or by any other dealer who electronically files return for the said period.
