In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 23 of the Jharkhand Value Added Tax Act 2005 (as amended by Amendment Act no.21 of 2006), the Governor of Jharkhand is pleased to amend the Part-C of Schedule-II of the Act in the following manner: -

Amendment

1. After the Serial 206 of the Schedule-II Part-C; Serial No.207 and 208 shall be added in the following manner:-

This Notification shall be effective from the date of its publication in the official Gazette.
