In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection (2) of Section 14 of the Bihar Value Added Tax Act, 2005, the Governor of Bihar is pleased to make the following amendments in Schedule II and Part I of Schedule III appended to the said Act :-

AMENDMENTS

1. After Serial No. 5 of Schedule II, the following serial and its corresponding entry shall be added.

"6 Kurthi, Matar, Rajma"

2. After Serial No. 148 of Part I of Schedule III, the following serial and its corresponding entry shall be added.

"149 Makhana"

3. This notification shall come into force with effect from the date of issue.
