Body NOTIFICATION No F.12(84)FD/Tax/2009-43 Dated 30th July, 2009

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (5) of section 4 of the Rajasthan Value Added Tax Act, 2003 (Act No. 4 of 2003), the State Government being of the opinion that it is necessary so to do in the public interest, hereby makes the following amendments in Schedule IV appended to the said Act, namely: -

AMENDMENTS

In Schedule IV appended to the said Act,-

(i) the existing serial number 55 and 114 and entries thereto shall be deleted with effect from 28.07.2009.

(ii) the existing serial number 131, and entries thereto shall be substituted by the following, with effect from 28.07.2009, namely:

"131.

Sweetmeat Deshi (including Gajak & Revri), bhujiya branded and unbranded namkeens.

(iii) the existing serial number 137, and entries thereto shall be substituted by the following, with effect from 28.07.2009, namely:

"137.

Tools including power tools and parts thereof.

(iv) after the existing serial number 178, the following new serial numbers 179 and entries thereto shall be added, with effect from 8.07.2009, namely:

"179.

Gharwan/Gharav Marble.
