In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 17 of the Jammu and Kashmir Value Added Tax Act, 2005, the Government hereby direct that in the last line of Schedule 'A' below entry No.54 and in the last line below entry No.144 of Schedule 'C' of notification SRO 167 dated 16.06.2005 read with Notification SRO 320 dated 29-09-2006 for the figures "31.3.2007" the figures "31.03.2009" shall be substituted

This Notification shall come into force on 01-04-2007
