In exercise of powers conferred by clause (b), read with clause (e) of sub-section (1) of Section 4 of the Orissa Value Added Tax Act, 2004 (Orissa Act 4 of 2005), the State Government do hereby appoint Shri G. Shyam Sundar Patra, Orissa Finance Service (U.G.S.T.) as Accounts Member of the Orissa Sales Tax Tribunal, Cuttack.
