In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection (2) of section 10 of the Bihar Value Added Tax Act. 2005 (Act no. 27 of 2005) the Governor of Bihar is pleased to make the following amendments of the Government of Bihar Commercial Taxes Department Notification No. So 43 & 44 dt/ 02.07.07

AMENDMENTS

1. For the present entries in col (3) of serial No. 28, 29&30 of the said notification (In Hindi & English version ) is substituted as follow :-

"Geographical areas of Malsalami, Dedarganj. Fatuah. Khausroopur and Daniyawa police station of Patna City sub- Division of Patna District.

2. From the present entries in col(3) of serial No. 31, 32&33 of the said notification (In Hindi & English version ) is substituted as follows :-

"Whole of area of Patna City Sub-division except the area falling under jurisdiction of Patna city East Circle and Kadamkuan Circle."

3. From the present entries in col(3) of serial No. 77 & 78 of the said notification (In Hindi & English version ) is substituted as follows :-

"The whole part of the district of East Champaran except Raxaul and Ramgarhwa P.S. of Raxaul Sub-division and Adapur, Chhauradano & Ghora-Shahan P.S. of Sikrahna sub- division"

4. From the present entries in col(3) of serial No. 79 & 80 of the said notification (In Hindi version) is substituted as follows :-

"The whole part of the district of West Champaran except area allotted to Bagaha Circle"

5. From the present entries in col(3) of serial No. 81 & 82 of the said notification (In Hindi version), the word "District" in between the word "Bagha sub-division" and "the whole part" is deleted.

6. From the present entries in col (3) of serial No. 83 & 84 of the said notification (In Hindi & English version) the word "Sadar Sub-division" is substituted by the word "Raxual Sub-division"

7. In the present entries in col(3) of serial No. 85 of the said notification (In English version ) The word "Sheohar" is added after the word "Sitamarhi"

8. In the present entries in col(3) of serial No. 110 & 111 of the said notification (In Hindi & English version) the word "Bhabhua" is substituted by the word "Kaimoor".

9. From the present entries in col(3) of serial No. 160, 161 & 162 of the said notification (In Hindi version) is substituted as follows :-

"The whole part of the district of Begusarai, except the area of Teghra Circle".

10. From the present entries in col(3) of serial No. 167 & 168 of the said notification (In Hindi version) is substituted as follows :-

"The whole part of the district of Samastipur, except the area of Dalsingsarai Circle."

11. In the present entries in col(3) of serial No. 169 & 170 of the said notification (In English version) the word "Bibhutipur Police Station of" is added before the word "Rosara Sub-division."

12. In the present entries in col(3) of serial No. 171 & 172 of the said notification (In Hindi & English version) Mansoorchack Police Station and Phulbaria Police Sation is added.

13. Serial No. 169 & 170 (In Hindi & English version) is deleted.

14. From the present entries in col(3) of serial No. 167 & 168 of the said notification (In Hindi version) is substituted as follows :-

"The whole part of the district of Samastipur."

Serial No 1 to 12 of this Notification shall come into force with effect from date 02.07.07 and Serial No 13 to 14 from the date of issue of this Notification .
