In exercise of powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section-14 of the Bihar Value Added Taxes Act, 2005 (Act. No. 27 of 2005), the Governor of Bihar is pleased to amend Notification No. S.O. 55, dated 14th June 2008 issued by Commercial Taxes Department in the following way —

AMENDMENT

The word 'L.P.G.' used at serial no. 1 and 2 in the Notification No. 55, dated 14th June 2008 of the Commercial Taxes Department shall be substituted by the word 'L.P.G. for domestic use'
