2. Definitios

(1) In these rules, unless there is anything repugnant in the subject or context,-

(g) "Assistant Commissioner" means the person appointed by the designation of Assistant Commissioner of Commercial Taxes by the State Government under sub-section (1) of section 3 to assist the Commissioner;
