In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (5) of Section 71 of the Puducherry Value Added Tax Act, 2007 (Act No.9 of 2007) and in pursuance of rule 52 of the Puducherry Value Added Tax Rules, 2007, the Lieutenant-Governor, Puducherry, being satisfied that it is necessary so to do in the public interest, is pleased to grant exemption of time limit for filing Form CC for the Year 2007-08 beyond 30th September, 2008 upto 30th November, 2008.
