Clarification No:05 of 2008, Dated: 30th January, 2008.

M/s K.C. Hotels Pvt. Ltd. Residency Road Jammu have filed an application and sought clarification under section 25-C of the J&K General Sales Tax Act 1962 read with Rule 79 of J&K General Sales Tax Rules 1962 alongwith the application fee of Rs. 100.The applicant has sought clarification with regard to service tax on boarding and lodging. The issue already stands clarified vide clarification No. 09 of 2006 date 01.09.2006. Hence the application for clarification is not admitted.
