Andhra Pradesh Value Added Tax Act, 2005 - Notifications

Body NOTIFICATION G.O.Ms.No.1181 Dated:13^th October, 2008

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 78 of the Andhra Pradesh Value Added Tax Act, 2005 (Act No.5 of 2005), the Government of Andhra Pradesh hereby rescind the notification issued in G.O.Ms.No.517, Revenue (CT-II) Department, dt.23-04-2007, wherein amendments to Andhra Pradesh Value Added Tax Rules were made.

It shall come into force with effect from 01-10-2008.
