In exercise of powers conferred under sub-section (2) of section 14 of the Bihar Value Added Taxes Act, 2005 (Act. No. 27 of 2005), the Governor of Bihar is pleased to make the following amendment to Schedule-II and part I of Schedule III appended to the said Act.

Amendment

1. After serial No. 4 a new serial no. 5 and their corresponding entries of schedule II shall be added as follows:-

"5 L.P.G. for domestic use.

2. Serial No. 55 of Part I of the Schedule III and their corresponding entries shall be substituted as follows:-

"55. Goods as specified in Section 14 of the Central Sales Tax Act, 1956 excluding L.P.G. for domestic use.

3. This notification shall come into force with effect from the date of issue
