In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 16-A of the Madhya Pradesh VAT Act, 2002 (No. 20 of 2002) read with Section 17 of the Madhya Pradesh Commercial Tax Act, 1994 (No. 5 of 1995) and section 10 of the Madhya Pradesh Sthaniya Kshetra Me Mal Ke Pravesh Par Kar Adhiniyam, 1976 (No. 52 of 1976), the State Government, hereby, makes the following amendment in this department's Notification No. FA-3-50/02/1/V(32) dated 30-10-2007, read with amendment notification no. (33) dated 30-11-2007namely.-

Amendment

In the schedule to the said notification, in column (3), after clause 1A, the following clause shall be inserted:

1B.The application referred to in clause 1, relating to assessment year 2005-06, can be submitted on or before 30.06.2008.
