Body Notification No. 18/2008 - Service Tax, F. No. B1/5/2008-TRU Dated 10th May, 2008

In exercise of the powers conferred by clauses (A) and (B) of section 90 of the Finance Act, 2008 (18 of 2008), the Central Government hereby appoints the 16th day of May, 2008, as the date on which the provisions of the said Act shall come into force.
