In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 41 of the Maharashtra Value Added Tax Act, 2002 (Mah. IX of 2005), the Government of Maharashtra hereby amends the Government Notification, Finance Department, No. VAT-1507/CR-41/ Taxation-1, dated the 25th June 2007, as follows, namely:-

In the schedule to the said notification, in column (2), under the heading "II. Other Organisations", in para 1 regarding the Consulate General of the Countries, entry (xxi) relating to "Republic of Mauritius" shall be deleted.
