In pursuance to the provision of sub-section (2) of section 8A of the West Bengal Sales Tax Act, 1994 (West Ben. Act XLIX of 1994), as subsequently amended (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Governor is pleased hereby to appoint Shri Munshi Alauddin, Additional Commissioner of Commercial Taxes, West Bengal, as a Member of the West Bengal Sales Tax Settlement Commission estanlished under sub-section (1) of section 8A of the said Act, vice Shri Indranil Sarathi, Additional Commissioner of Commercial Taxes, West Bengal.

Shri Alauddin will act as a Member of the Commission in addition to his normal duties as Additional Commissioner of Commercial Taxes, West Bengal.
