In Exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (5) of section 4 of the Rajasthan Value Added Tax Act, 2003 (Act No. 4 of 2003), the State Government being of the opinion that it is expedient in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following amendment in Schedule IV appended to the said Act; namely :-

AMENDMENT

In Schedule IV appended to the said Act, in column No. 2 against S. No. 171, after the existing expression "marble", and before the punctuation mark ".", the expression "and granite" shall be inserted.

This shall have effect from 01.04.2008.
