In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of entry 81 of SCHEDULE C appended to the Maharashtra Value Added Tax Act, 2002 (Mah. IX of 2005) read with section 21 of the Bombay General Clauses Act, 1904 (Bom. I of 1904), the Government of Maharashtra, hereby amends the Government Notification, Finance Department, No. VAT. 1506/CR-60-A/Taxation-1, dated the 27^th April 2006, as follows, namely:-

In the said notification, for the figures, letters and word "1^st April 2008" the figures, letters and word " 1^st April 2010" shall be substituted.
