In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 8 of the Rajasthan Value Added Tax Act, 2003 (Act No. 4 of 2003), the State Government being of the opinion that it is expedient in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following amendment in this Department' Notification No. F.12(63)FD/Tax/2005-80 dated 11.8.2006, namely:-

In clause (2) of the said notification, for the existing expression "within 30 days" the expression "within 60 days" shall be substituted.
