In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 41 of the Maharashtra Value Added Tax Act, 2002 (Mah.IX of 2005), the Government of Maharashtra hereby amends the Government Notification, Finance Department, No. VAT-1507/CR-41/Taxation-1, dated 25th June 2007, as follows, namely:-
In the Schedule to the said notification,-
In column (3), in condition (ii), for the words and brackets "apply to the Joint Commissioner of Sales Tax (Administration), Nariman Point" the words and brackets "apply to the Joint Commissioner of Sales Tax (Refunds and Refund Audit), Mumbai" shall be substituted.
