92. Supply of copies of order of Assessment, appeal or revision.-

(1) A certified copy of the assessment order alongwith a copy of the notice as prescribed in rule 70 shall be supplied to the dealer by the appropriate Assessing Authority.

(2) Immediately on passing an order in appeal or revision, its certified copy shall be supplied to the appellant or applicant, as the case may be, by the authority concerned.
