In pursuance to be provision of sub-section (2) of section 8A of the West Bengal Sales Tax Ac t, 1994 (W.Bengal Act.XLIX of 1994), as subsequently amended (herinafter referred to as the said Act), the Governor is pleased hereby to appoint Shri Indranil Sarathi, Additional Commissioner of Sales Tax, West Bengal as a Member of the West Bengal Sales Tax Settlement Commission established under sub-section(1) of section 8A of the said Act.

Shri Sarathi will act as a Member of the Commission in addition to his normal duties as Additional Commissioner of Sales Tax West Bengal,
