In pursuance to the provision of sub-section (2) of section 8A of the West Bengal Sales tax Act, 1994 (West Ben.Act XLIX of 1994), the Governor is pleased hereby to amend the notification No.1146-F.T. dated the 8th August, 2007, published in the Kolkata Gazette, Extraordinary, PART-I, dated the 8th August, 2007 (hereinafter referred to as the said notification):-

Amendment

In the said notification,-

(a) in paragraph 1, for the words "Additional Commissioner of Sales Tax". substitute the words " Additional Commissioner of Commercial Taxes" ;

(b) in paragraph 2, for the words "Additional Commissioner of Sales Tax", substitute the words "Additional Commissioner of Commercial Taxes";
