In exercise of the power conferred by sub-rule (2) of rule 266A of the West Bengal Sales Rules, 1995, the Governor is pleased hereby to amend the notification No.557-F.T. dated the 24th April, 2007, published in the Kolkata Gazette, Extraordinary, PART-I, dated the 24th April, 2007 (hereinafter referred to as the said notification):-

Amendment

In the said notification, in paragraph 1 for the words "Additional Commissioner of Sales Tax", substitute the words "Additional Commissioner of Commercial Taxes";
