In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section(1) of Section 34 of the Himachal Pradesh Value Added Tax Act, 2005 (Act No.12 of 2005), Section 14 B of the Himachal Pradesh Passengers and Goods Taxation Act, 1955 (Act No.15 of 1995) and section 5(1) of Himachal Pradesh Taxation (on certain goods carried by Road) Act, 1999 (Act No. 16 of 1999), the Governor of Himachal Pradesh is pleased to order the closure of Check Post/Barrier at Bageri, established vide Notification No. EXN-F(10)-2/83-II, Dated 25.5.1995, published in Himachal Pradesh Rajpatra (Extra-Ordinary) on 26.5.1995, in solan District with immediate effect.

Further, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section(1) of section 34 of the Himachal Pradesh Value Added Tax Act, 2005 (Act No. 12 of 2005), Section 14 B of the Himachal Pradesh Passengers and Goods Taxation Act, 1955 (Act No. 15 of 1955) and section 5(1) of Himachal Pradesh Taxation (on Certain Goods Carried by Road)Act, 1929 (Act No.16 of 1999), the Governor of Himachal Pradesh is also pleased to order the establishment of check Post/Barrier at village Tikari, Tehsil Nalagarh, District Solan, Himachal Pradesh with immediate effect.
