In exercise of the powers conferred by clause(b) of entry 81 of Schedule"C" appended to the Maharashtra Value Added Tax Act, 2002 (Mah.IX of 2005) read with section 21 of the Bombay General Clauses Act, 1904 (Bom. I of 1904), the Government of Maharashtra, hereby amends the Governement Notification, Finance Department, No. VAT1506/CR-60-A/Taxation-1, dated the 27th April 2006, as follows, namely :-

In the said notification, for the figures, letters and word "1st October 2007" the figures, letter and word "1st April 2008" the shall be substituted.
