CHAPTER - IV : DEALERS ENGAGED IN CASUAL BUSINESS

35. Failure to seek permission.-

If a casual dealer fails to apply for permission under rule 27 or contravenes any provision of the rules 27 to 34 he shall be afforded an opportunity of being heard in the matter before taking final action.
