In exercise of the powers conferred by section 5 of the Rajasthan Value Added Tax Act, 2003 (Rajasthan Act No. 4 of 2003), the State Government being of the opinion that it is expedient in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following amendment in this department's notification No. F.12(63)FD/Tax/2005-70 dated 11.7.2006 (as amended from time to time), namely:-

In the said notification after the existing proviso to sub clause (1) of clause 5, following new proviso shall be added namely:-

Provided also that tax charged or collected for the year 2006-2007 by a Mini Cement Plant before making application under the Scheme to the assessing authority shall be deposited to the State Government within a period of three months of the date of publication of the scheme.
