53. Possession and submission of certain records by owners of goods vehicle and boats.-

Any transporters of goods, including courier agencies shall, as and when required by any officer authorised under the Act, submit copies of goods vehicle record, trip sheet or log book, as the case may be and also the tax invoice or delivery note which accompanies the goods.
