12. Intimation and declaration. -

A dealer at the time of registration may appoint a person as manager of his business, submitting a declaration in Form -E along with the application for registration, to act on behalf of the dealer for the purposes of the Act, other than for those specified in the Act or elsewhere in these rules. All such acts by the manager shall be binding on the dealer. Such declaration may be revised from time to time.
