The sale will commence at .................... A.M. and the property will be knocked down to the highest bidder without reserve for ready cash. The purchaser will not be permitted to carry away any part of the property until he has paid for the same in full.

The sale will be subject to confirmation by the Commercial Tax Officer having jurisdiction over the place where the goods were detained. If the purchaser fails to pay the purchase money, the property will be resold, and the defaulting purchaser will be liable for any loss arising as well as for the expenses incurred on the resale.
