In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 14 of the BiharValue Added Tax Act, 2005(Act No.27 of 2005) the Governor of Bihar is pleased to make the following amendment to Schedule I appended to the Act:-

Amendment

Serial Number 62 and its corresponding entries of Schedule I appended to the said Act shall be substituted in the following way, namely:-

'62 Biri."

This notification shall come into force with effect from 1 April of 2007.
