Notification No. S.O.28, dated 30th March, 2007-

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 14 of BiharValue Added Tax Act, 2005, the Governor of Bihar is pleased to make following amendment to the Schedule I and Schedule III Part I appended to the said Act as follows:-

Amendment

1. New serial numbers 72 and 73 and their corresponding entries in Schedule I appended to the said Act are inserted as following:-

Sl.No.in Schedule I	Goods
72	Textile products which include Blanket, Towel, Bed-sheet, Handkerchief, Sari-falls, Pillow-cover, Table cloth and Rajaipallas.
73	Organic Manure

2. Entries in serial No.86 and 113 in Schedle III Part-I are deleted and a new serial No.142 and their corresponding entries are inserted as following:

3. This notification shall come into force with effect from 1st of April.,2007.
