In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 8 of the Rajasthan Value Added Tax Act, 2003 (Rajasthan Act No. 4 of 2003), the State Government being of the opinion that it is expedient in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following amendments in Schedule I appended to the said Act; namely:-

In Schedule I appended to the said Act.-

(i) The existing entries of column No. 2 against S.No. 58 shall be substituted by the following entries; namely:-

"All kinds of footwear (excluding footwear made of leather) having maximum retail price less than Rs. 200/- per pair, and Deshi Jutiyan."

(ii) After the existing S.No. 82 and entries thereto, the following new S.Nos. and entries thereto shall be added namely:-
